Thanks for taking the time to check out BIGbin, all the below is necessary legal stuff.
To use this service you must be at least 18 years of age, and have no objections to any of the stated policies or terms of service. These terms of service include that the service is provided as is, and is without warranty the company has no liability regarding the service.
By accepting delivery of services and/or related products, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.
1. Definitions; terms and their meanings
1.1. The Site, refers to the website “Bigbin.ie”.
1.2. The Service, the use of the site to create a BIGbin account, add credit and manage transaction history.
1.3 Users, a customer who uses the website to have a BIGbin account. Anyone that creates a BIGbin account is a customer of Bigbin.ie
1.4. The Company, relates to the business name BIGbin Waste Tech Ltd
1.5. Bigbin.ie relates to the business name under the corporate body BIGbin Waste Tech Ltd

3. The Service
The service is a pay as you go waste disposal service for members of the public to dispose of household wastes and recycling.
Your personal data may be passed onto a customer service agent or an employee of BIGbin so that they can assist you with fulfilling the service operated by BIGbin, including but not limited to: phone number, email address and name.
4. Provision of Service
4.1. In no event shall BIGbin be liable to the Customer for damage suffered by the customer as a consequence of acts or omissions of third parties, service professionals or contractors.
4.2. Customers must abide by segregation lists as set on mywaste.ie:

No Hazardous, bulky or ashes may be placed in the general waste bin.
4.3. If a BIGbin is not operational or is offsite when you arrive at site, you are not permitted to leave waste there. This will be treated as illegal dumping. Please call BIGbin on 0866047147 and they will update you on the status of the BIGbin service.
Your Feedback may be published as testimonials on our website using your First Name and Location. If accepted by filters (Validations, language etc.) then your comment will be publicly viewable. BIGbin is not responsible for misuse of your content by viewers. BIGbin encourages you to post honest and polite feedback as it may be read by others. BIGbin is not responsible or does not endorse any other customer’s feedback, this is to be read at your own discretion.
6.1 Online Account Customers must have sufficient credit on their account to use the BIGbin service via their account. Top ups are completed on the account section of www.bigbin.ie. For all Online Account Customers, BIGbin may retain payment as a history of transaction activity. BIGbin does not store sensitive card details.
6.2 Ticket Customers must purchase tickets from a retail partner. Tickets bought at one location can be redeemed at any BIGbin site, as long as they are within the same geographical jurisdiction.
6.3 Promotional tickets have no resale value and are only valid for 1 month from the date of issue and can only be redeemed at the location intended.
6.4 Inactive Credit Charge. Due to the high costs associated with maintaining an account incurred by BIGbin, a monthly inactive balance charge of €2 (or the credit balance on the account, if lower) will be charged if 12 months elapses since the last transaction. For clarity that means there has been neither a payment or a usage at a BIGbin in the preceding 12 months. The inactive balance charge will start to be applied from the following month and will continue monthly until such time as additional funds are loaded to the card or a usage occurs at a BIGbin, or a zero balance is reached on the account during the period when this charge is being applied. An account may be closed if a zero balance is reached.
6.5 You may request repayment of any credit balance outstanding on your account by emailing BIGbin on firstname.lastname@example.org. A processing fee of €5 will be applied to these requests.
7. Your responsibilities
7.1 You as a customer are also responsible for holding up the following conditions:

Customer service is our priority and we will always do our best by our customers. We are very fair and appreciate our customers so much and will do our utmost to retain customers. 10. IP Rights
All content (graphics, data, formatting, designs, text, typefaces) that users see is owned by the company, or used by permission. Content is protected by copyright, and users may not copy, redistribute, sell (including renting or licensing) or redesign any of the company’s content unless the company has specifically granted permission. Content may only be downloaded for caching
11. General Provisions
Failure of enforcement of the provisions set out in this document by BIGbin will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. If any provision is considered to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, it will be replaced with a provision of similar consequence, and the remaining provisions will be enforced as intended. If a provision cannot be enforced nor modified the remaining provisions are still enforceable to their full force and effect
12 Theft, Loss or misuse of Account
You should treat your online account as if it were cash. If you have a concern about your account, you must immediately notify Customer Services on 0866047147 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be asked for specific details to confirm you are the account holder. You can reset your password here, using you registered email address. https://app.bigbin.ie/customers/password/new
13 Changes to these Terms and Conditions
13.1 We may add to or change these terms and conditions (including, without limitation, change the existing fees or introduce new fees) by giving you at least 1 months’ notice thereof on the Website, via email or by whatever means we, in accordance with applicable legislation, deem appropriate at that time.
13.2 You will be deemed to have accepted such a revised Agreement, unless you tell us that you do not agree to the change prior to the change taking effect. In such circumstance, your rejection of the change shall be treated as notification that you wish to terminate your account.
