- All promotions by BIGbin (including cash and non-cash giveaways) are open to residents of the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 and over, except for employees and their immediate families of BIGbin or Kollect on Demand, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotions.
- By participating in a BIGbin promotion, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions.  A failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the promotion and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize(s).Â
- Opening and closing dates will be announced in posts to publicise the promotions. Entries submitted after 11.59am on the notified final closing date for a promotion will not be included.
- Prize(s) will be as described on the posts publicising the promotion and are non-transferable. Where there is a non-cash prize, there will be no cash or other prize alternative unless otherwise stated in the posts.
- The entry rules for the promotion will be fully described in the posts. Usually, the entry rules would include an action such as comment/ like/ follow/ share post/ tag friends/ retweet and/or similar action(s) by the entrants.
- Draws will take place on the date published and winner(s) will be contacted through the BIGbin Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter or other social media account within an hour to organise delivery of the prize.
- Winners will be chosen at random from the draw from entrants who have correctly submitted their entries.
- BIGbin and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced by an entrant in submitting an entry to a promotion.
- Decisions of BIGbin and those of its agents are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- BIGbin reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that BIGbin believes that any winner has contravened any of these terms and conditions or in the event that no contact has been made within a 24 hour period of the draw.
- Entries are limited to one entry per entrant.  No entries will be accepted from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer.
- BIGbin reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the entrants.  By entering the promotion, entrants agree to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the promotion.
- Entrants may be asked to provide proof of identity before the prize is awarded as a proof of age.
- BIGbin reserves the right to cancel or amend a promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.  In the event of a promotion being cancelled, there will be no refund of the prize value.
- BIGbin or its agents are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the prize.
- Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter or other social media channel, and release Facebook, Instagram or Twitter or other social media channel of any and all liability in relation to the promotions.  Entrants are providing their information to BIGbin and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
