BIGbin wants to help you clean up your community this spring with a very special campaign called the #BIGbinBIGclean.
Taking part couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is get a few friends and family members together and clean up your housing estate/village/local community. Take a few pictures while you’re at it and upload them to social media using the hashtag #BIGbinBIGclean. In return, we’ll give you vouchers for your nearest BIGbin so you can dispose of all the rubbish for free!
Some things to remember:
- Be sure to wear old clothes and gloves when picking up rubbish
- Wear a mask when cleaning with people from outside of your bubble
- Use strong, sturdy black sacks
- Separate recycling (cardboard, hard plastics like bottles, cans and paper) from general waste
- Don’t overdo it! Many hands make light work!
Take loads of pics and share them on Twitter/Instagram/Facebook etc with the hashtag #BIGbinBIGclean
